Apologies:
As you all have noticed, VORC's update is pretty inactive these days. Your news submissions are recently very delayed to be valid. And news' order is often very confusing nowadays... All those things are because of me. Hally is now dangerously busy by his daily job... Yes, I know it couldn't be an excuse. Feel free to blame me... But anyway I don't want to leave current situation. I'll do something to make VORC more comfortable without me! So please wait for a while... Regards, Latest News

TFM Music Maker v1.21|
TFM Music Maker, a Windows cross-tracker, which allows to create music for ZX Spectrum's TurboSound FM sound extension and also for Sega Mega Drive, is updated to v1.21.
v1.2 was released in February, but release was cancelled very soon due to critical bug found. That bug also exists in all previous versions and can cause to data corruption in saved module (you can even lose your work when overwrite current one!), so update to v1.21 is highly recommended. New features from v1.1 is a completely reworked instrument editor, ability to move (exchange) order-list positions with mouse or keyboard, some changes in WaveOut settings (now you have volume control and can make sound louder). | |

New Animal Style EP on 8bitpeoples.com|
New Animal Style EP on 8bitpeoples.com - What you think is a Game Boy is quite possibly a guitar. In Open Air, Joey Mariano aka Animal Style meshes his jazz guitar playing proficiency with Game Boy programming skills and compositional command. The concept for this release was to create a more organic sound while retaining most of the classic textures that chip music connoisseurs enjoy. Masking his guitar with the 8bit fuzz pedal, Mariano secretly adds a human touch to the robot-compliant world of chip music. Bring in some splashes of PCM flavor, some raw zaps, a few introspective breakdowns, a couple improvised guitar solos, a pulsing beat and you get the picture: The horizon of chip music is open -- and full of possibilities.
